About Snyder's RV

In 1964 Mr. G.E. "Sam" Snyder got off a NAVY Destroyer and bought two used cars. He sold one, then bought two more. Thus began Davis Corner Motors, back in a time where all the corners on Virginia Beach Blvd had catchy names, Chinese Corner, Thomas Corner, Davis Corner, Mr. Snyder prided himself in buying and selling used vehicles to an up and coming area. Then one day, while at an auction, he purchased a 1973 Winnebago motorhome. While driving back to Virginia Beach he became hooked on the RV lifestyle. And with his usual passion, he wanted to share his joy with his community. Thus began Snyder's RV! In the early 1980's, after years of pursuing, Mr. Snyder finally acquired the rights and privileges to carry the ever popular Winnebago line of RV's. He upgraded his shop to accommodate the new Winnebago line and ever since has been the only local RV dealer to carry the iconic brand.
